Welcome on my site, I am independent IT consultant for websites and Free and OpenSource Software.
My clients are mostly governments, United Nations and NGO's, but of course I work in the private sector as well.
My professional record in this area spans 12 years now, and I feel it as vibrant and exciting, for example to implement IT workflow to civil society organizations, and work in capacity building within these organizations to enhance their communication.
